Types of Users and Their Rights
connectCenter has two user roles, namely, End User and connectSpec Developer (or Developer for short).
Create a User
Only a user with the Admin right can create a user account.
Update User’s Information (including password reset)
A user with the Admin right can change the Login ID, Name, Organization, Admin right, and password of another user.
Enable or Disable User Account
A user account can be Enabled or Disabled.

Application Settings
Users with the Admin right can change application-wide settings from the "Application settings" page.
Select Terminology
A user can select either the CCTS (Core Component Technical Specification) or the connectSpec terminology.
